Recently, we have provided information on the terms of consideration of appeals by the relevant bodies and organisations.
In addition, we would like to bring to your attention that in accordance with paragraph 1 of Article 21 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan ‘On Appeals of Individuals and Legal Entities’, in exceptional cases, as well as in cases provided for by paragraph 2 of Article 20 of this Law, the head of the relevant body or organisation has the right to extend the period of consideration of an appeal for no more than thirty days, notifying the applicant within three days.
