It is important to know that according to paragraph 1 of Article 18 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan ‘On appeals of individuals and legal entities’ appeals submitted to the relevant bodies and organisations are considered within thirty days, and appeals that do not require additional study and verification - within fifteen days from the date of their registration.
