Know your rights!
In accordance with the requirements of Article 21 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan ‘On Credit History’, the subject of credit history, i.e. individuals and legal entities in respect of whom a credit history is compiled, have the right to request a corrected credit report from the Credit Bureau, provided that the report provided to the user of the credit report contains information that does not correspond to the data submitted to the Credit Bureau by the source of information, as a result of actions or inaction of the employees of the Credit Bureau.
