Dear Financial Services Consumers!
According to Article 24 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "On Credit History," the notification of a credit history subject (individuals and legal entities for whom a credit history is compiled) regarding the submission of information about them to the Credit History Bureau, as well as their consent to the provision of a credit report to credit report users (individuals and legal entities who have obtained the consent of the credit history subject to receive a credit report for the purpose of concluding a loan agreement), must be formalized in written form.
